Wow! This site is exactly what I’ve been looking for. My whole family are big fans of spicy foods of all kinds, but the cooking is usually left up to me. Even though my husband often watches cooking shows, his contribution is telling me how good everything looks and how easy it all looks to make. I love the fact that you have videos demonstrating your menus. It’s so much easier to watch and follow along than it is to read the instructions out of a cookbook. And who knows, if I can get my husband to watch some of your videos, maybe he’ll get involved in more than the eating.

Thank you!
Enjoying your site and recipes all the way up in snowy Minnesota. We visit New Orleans each spring and hope to find a few extra days to explore the Cajun Country as well...some day soon.

Cooking for family and friends is what it's all about!

I just wanted to let you know that this is the first time I have visited your site. I love your simple, homey approach to cooking and food. I, myself, am a retired chef and appreciate so much what you are doing. It is very obvious that you love what you do as much as I do. Thank you so much for the investment of time and real love you have put into your site. Congratulations! I will visit you often! alwyscookn
