I have to tell you I was SO happy and it was SO delicious! I can’t tell you how many times my family and I have been disappointed with new recipes. Not this one! It was incredible and fabulous! The rub (which I was skeptical of at first but did anyway) was perfect. The fragrance while cooking reminded me of my days living in New Orleans, and my trip a couple of weeks ago there also. Great recipe. Can’t wait to check out your other recipes! I enjoyed your video, and your granddaughter helping was sweet too. God bless ya’ll!
