I’m sorry about your Mother losing her home. It’s really tough on older people. Two of my Aunts and Uncles, in their eighties, lost their houses in Katrina. It was hard on them. When I was in my late twenties, my wife, 5 children and I lost our home in Pass Christian, Ms so I know what people are going through.

I really like your site and have made quite a few of your recipes. Fantastic!

I hope it all turns out well for your mom and the rest of the family.
