Thanks Mike,

And thanks for the kudos on the site. But what's better is the seasoning!

I will gladly send you a free sample. Go on my site and click on the free sample link. I'm sure you will love it (everyone else does)

If you think your friends/cohorts will like it, please, feel free to talk it up!

Thanks again,

Respectfully,

Hello,

I am bringing to market a new Cajun Seasoning called, Chef of the Future's "Not Your Average Cajun Seasoning". A wonderfully flavorful rub-on seasoning that compliments meats, seafoods, etc.

Our Seasoning is a little spicy but not hot, a popular misconception about Cajun cooking.

If possible I would like to "spread the word" about the real meaning of Cajun and possibly link to your page http://www.cajuncookingtv.com/what-is-cajun-cooking or quote this page on my website.

Of course I will not do either without your express permission.

Please let me know if I will be allowed to do this. There are too many people that not only think, but believe that Cajun means HOT. Our Seasoning is all about flavor, not heat.

Thank You for your time.
