Baked Potato with Crab Au Gratin Topping

Crab Au Gratin is probably Beryl’s all-time favorite seafood dish, so last week when we went out to eat at Mike Anderson’s Seafood Restaurant, there was little doubt what Beryl was going to order.

(Mike Anderson’s has some awesome Crab Au Gratin, along with everything else that is pretty awesome!)

Every Saturday night, we video something that Beryl cooks for our Cajun Cooking TV show, that airs on WLFT-TV in Baton Rouge every Monday night (and Tuesday morning).

So, what did she cook on Saturday night this week?

You guessed it – Crab Au Gratin.

Well, to make a long story short, Beryl made it and of course is was really good.

That episode will be televised on WLFT-TV in Baton Rouge in a couple of weeks.

So we ate the Au Gratin Saturday night for supper, and had a couple of servings left over.

I had a brainstorm, so the next night I baked a couple of potatoes, and we warmed up some of the leftover crabmeat au gratin, and topped the baked potatoes with it.
